Management Trainee’s profile
- Be newly graduated from a top hospitality University (max. 2 years)
- Be passionate for hospitality and service.
- Have at least 12 month of internship experience.
- Be able to demonstrate that has the competencies to be developed into a Leadership role.
- Have strong orientation to problem solving.
- Be highly oriented to develop a carrer into the hospitality industry.
- Language skills: English (100%), a second European language is a plus.
