THE CMT EXPERIENCE
The Corporate Management Training (CMT) Program has been designed for those candidates with the greatest potential to become part of Hyatt’s executive leaders of tomorrow and provides them with the additional training necessary to assume the responsibilities of a managerial position and progress rapidly within our company.
PROGRAM FEATURES
Complete a 12-month rotation program and gain experience in every department of the hotel. Immerse yourself in your area ofconcentration for over 6 months.
Leadership development training.
Receive guidance and support from a mentor within the hotel and advice from CMT program graduates.

CANDIDATE PROFILE FOR THE CMT PROGRAM
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Nine months of industry-related work experience.
- Campus or community involvement preferred.
- Authorization for continuous work in the desired country.
- Will to relocate.
- Focus on developing a long-term career at Hyatt.
- Affinity with Hyatt’s leadership expectations.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
